Location and architectural design
Akademik Aleksandar Teodorov - Balan metro station is situated to the west of "Alexandar Malinov blvd. It starts at the intersection of the boulevard with Dr. Atanas Moskov street and ends at the hypermarket HIT. Station has exits to Mladost II and Mladost III RDs.
The interior concept of the metro station is to depict the symbolic emblem of the Mladost complex using the techniques of monumental art. The inspiration comes from the colourful space-based urban environment, created by people and layered by different silhouettes and styles. The entire interior of the metro station platform is a picturesque image of the residential complex - a picture of the city as a composition of volumes, colors and structures, products of human creative essence.
